British independent watch brand Loresum proudly announces the launch of the new limited edition moon phase watch, "Moon Landing 55th Limited Edition," to commemorate the 55th anniversary of the first human moon landing. This moon phase watch is inspired by the Apollo 11 lunar mission, paying tribute to humanity's great achievement in exploring the unknown.

This watch features a 39.5mm stainless steel case with box-shaped sapphire glass, ensuring clarity and durability of the watch face. The black onyx dial symbolizes the infinite universe, with the dark dial representing humanity's quest and exploration of the unknown space.

The watch is equipped with the brand's in-house developed 29.5-day moon phase module movement, based on the Swiss Sellita SW200 movement, ensuring precise timekeeping and reliability. In addition to the classic hour, minute hands, the dial features a striking gold moon phase display. The moon phase, made of brass, delicately presents the unique texture of the lunar surface. To commemorate the first human moon landing, a tiny astronaut footprint is designed on the right side of the moon phase, symbolizing the first step humanity made on the moon.

The case back employs exquisite relief techniques to depict the astronaut's footprint on the moon, with the inscription “55TH” to mark the 55th anniversary of the first human moon landing. Additionally, the case back is engraved with the names of the three astronauts who participated in the Apollo 11 mission – Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins – as a tribute to these heroes, especially the latter two often-overlooked great figures.
