Orient Star's 75th anniversary M45 F8 Mechanical Moon Phase captures "the moon drifting through clouds". Inspired by autumn skies, it builds on the brand's precision moon-phase heritage established in 2017.

Shinshu Watch Studio crafts the monochrome dial using nanoparticle multilayering for cloud gradations. A thick clear coating adds optical depth, alongside multi-printed Roman numerals and dual-finished leaf hands.

A new three-layer moon phase at 6 o’clock blends an iridescent mother-of-pearl moon into a starred night sky without borders, viewed through dual-curved SAR sapphire crystal.

The in-house hand-winding calibre F8A62 delivers a 70-hour power reserve and a blue silicon escape wheel. The exhibition caseback highlights star-trail Geneva stripes and a crescent window.

Housed in a 39.5 mm SUS316L stainless steel case, it pairs everyday comfort with a black cordovan strap and a numbered 75th-anniversary engraved caseback.

expression of the moon, this limited-edition model of 140 pieces weaves a new story unique to the moon phase complication within the M45 Collection—a series whose designs embody the eternal passage of time, inspired by the star cluster Pleiades, also known as Subaru in Japan.
